What time is the weekly call, and what if I can’t make it then?
Rabbi Friedman’s weekly call with Nourishing the Soul is every [Wed at 1:00pm & 8:00pm and Sun at 8:00pm Eastern Time]. If you cannot attend that time, rest assured all the calls are recorded, and you can even ask questions in the community member’s area.
How do I cancel my membership, and how do I avoid the $47 charge?
Just send an email to support@itsgoodtoknow.org, and we’ll cancel your membership immediately, no questions asked, ever!
I’m concerned about sharing personal details of my life in a group setting. Will my privacy be protected in the group?
We take your privacy seriously, and you can always join the calls and post in the group anonymously if you prefer. It goes without saying that anyone caught sharing personal information outside of the group will be permanently banned from all of Rabbi Friedman’s services without refund.
I live outside the United States. Will I still get the free books and gifts?
We would love to send the books to you, but unfortunately worldwide shipping has been unreliable for us. You’ll still receive digital versions of all the books, however.
